Classical Sync terms

Terms version 2026-09-19-v3. Buying a license is a non-exclusive master license of a software-rendered master of a public-domain score. It is not a live performance, not an assignment, and not a composition license.

Tiers

• Creator (USD 29): one project or series. Monetized YouTube, podcasts, and wedding videos. Unlimited views. No third-party client work; no music inside paid ad creative; no broadcast/film/TV/radio.
• Commercial (USD 99): everything in Creator, plus client/freelance work, paid web/social ads, small-business marketing, and multi-project use for the same licensee. No TV, radio, cinema, theatrical film, festivals, streaming/VOD, or broadcast advertising.
• Broadcast & Film (USD 499): TV, radio, cinema, theatrical film, festivals, streaming/VOD, and broadcast advertising. Perpetual, worldwide. One production entity / production/franchise. Sold through this site. No resale or redistribution of the recording.

Upgrades

An existing licensee upgrading tiers pays only the price difference (for example Creator to Commercial is USD 70), keyed to a verified prior license for the same email and track.

Clickwrap

A purchase requires an affirmative check of these terms. We store terms version, SHA-256 hash, and timestamp on the license.

Content ID

We pledge not to enroll the delivered master as a YouTube Content ID reference. Cure: 10 business days after a complete notice. See the license PDF dispute documentation.

Refunds and chargebacks

Unused licenses (no download) may be refunded within 14 days (status refunded). A failed payment creates no license. A chargeback after download revokes the license and disables download.

Liability

Aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid for the license, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, and except where law forbids limitation.
