Who owns what
Magnolia Apps LLC owns the copyright in this sound recording — a software render, not a live concert.
Magnolia Apps LLC does not own the musical composition.
The composition is in the public domain in the United States.
Notation comes from a public-domain historical edition or original public-domain input, not from a modern copyrighted critical edition (including Bärenreiter or Henle editorial content) and not from a copyrighted arrangement.
You do not need a composition license for this public-domain work.
You are licensed only to synchronize and use this recording.

Broadcast & Film (USD 499): TV, radio, cinema, film, festivals & streaming. Perpetual, worldwide. Self-serve checkout. Excludes resale or redistribution of the recording.
Content ID
We will not enroll the delivered master as a YouTube Content ID reference.
We will not claim advertising revenue from a licensed use.
If a claim appears, email licensing@thepodcastapp.dev with the license ID, verification URL, and YouTube URL.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to release our claim within 10 business days of a complete notice.
Third-party or automated platform claims can still occur. This pledge covers our own enrollment of this master.
What you may and may not do
You may cut, fade, and level-match the recording for the named project.
You may not distort it, parody it, or pair it with images or speech in a way that would make it look as if the composer, the work, or Classical Sync endorses a hateful, pornographic, or defamatory message.
You may not resell the recording as a standalone audio product, sample library, or competing music library.
You may not register this recording with a PRO, Content ID, or fingerprinting service.
You may not sublicense except as required to deliver the named project to its audience or client.
Clickwrap, delivery, refunds, chargebacks
Purchase requires an affirmative check of these terms after they are presented. We store the terms version, hash, and timestamp on the license.
The licensed WAV is delivered by a 15-minute signed URL. The original licensee email can request a re-download.
Unused licenses (no download) may be refunded within 14 days.
A failed payment creates no license.
A chargeback after download revokes the license and disables download.
Liability
Aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid for this license, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, and except where law forbids limitation.
